  • Iyengar Yoga Class. Begin the Sunday with a grounding yet uplifting Iyengar Yoga practice designed to awaking the joints in preparation for our spring activities.
    This session is progressive, supportive and accessible for all levels.
    Expect a thoughtful sequence, prop support when needed, and guidance that meets you exactly where you are.

 

  • Nourishing Seasonal Meal Enjoy a wholesome, beautifully prepared meal made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Our lunch is crafted to give your body the nourishment it needs after practice.
    This is also a moment to connect with others, share conversation, and simply enjoy being part of a warm, intentional community.

 

  • Sauna + Live Sound Journey 
    After lunch, unwind deeply with a therapeutic sauna session to release tension and soften the whole body.
    You’ll then be guided into an immersive sound journey led by a musician and certified Iyengar Yoga teacher.
    Live sound, vibration and rhythm create a meditative landscape that calms the nervous system and invites profound inner quiet.
